If you are a member of ASC and are logging in for the first time, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is located less than one mile from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel’s proximity to Sound Transit Light Rail Station means you’ll have access to downtown Seattle and CenturyLink Field stadium, home of the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle Sounders. Ride the monorail from downtown Seattle to Seattle Center where you can admire the Space Needle and explore the Experience Music Project. Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel to the event. Our discounted hotel rate at the DoubleTree Hotel ($164/night) is no longer available. Overflow rooms may be booked at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave located at 18850 28th Ave S, SeaTac, WA 98188. A specially contracted rate of $170 plus tax per night includes parking, breakfast, and WiFi. A complimentary shuttle will be provided within 1-mile of Hampton. This includes shuttle service to/from the Doubletree. (Note: Guests must confirm shuttle service with front desk prior to needing the shuttle. ACCOMMODATIONS: If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g., dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference, please indicate so when you register in the space provided. For accommodation requests that are related to your hotel room, please speak with the hotel directly. We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations may be made at anytime, however refunds will not be processed after April 27. If you have not cancelled by April 27 you are still responsible for your registration payment.
