Join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport in Seattle, Washington for the 2018 Pacific-Southwest National Service Training Conference hosted by Serve Washington. Come together with national service program colleagues, state service commission staff, CNCS and volunteer management partners for an educational and inspiring training opportunity.

Registration for the conference is $300 per attendee.

However, the following discount codes may apply:
  • $250 registration fee for AmeriCorps State programs of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming (check with your commission for the discount code)
  • $150 registration fee for commission staff and commissioner of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming (discount code emailed separately)
  • $150 registration fee for Peer Presenters (discount code emailed separately)

Please note: To register for the conference, you will first need to create a profile on ASC's new website. Enter your email under "New Users" to register. If you are a member of ASC and are logging in for the first time, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system.

Once you are logged in, please return to the conference registration page to finish registering. Click "register myself" to go through the process.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is located less than one mile from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel’s proximity to Sound Transit Light Rail Station means you’ll have access to downtown Seattle and CenturyLink Field stadium, home of the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle Sounders. Ride the monorail from downtown Seattle to Seattle Center where you can admire the Space Needle and explore the Experience Music Project.

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel to the event.

Our discounted hotel rate at the DoubleTree Hotel ($164/night) is no longer available. The rate has now increased to $210/night.

Overflow rooms may be booked at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave located at 18850 28th Ave S, SeaTac, WA 98188. A specially contracted rate of $170 plus tax per night includes parking, breakfast, and WiFi. A complimentary shuttle will be provided within 1-mile of Hampton. This includes shuttle service to/from the Doubletree. (Note: Guests must confirm shuttle service with front desk prior to needing the shuttle. The Hampton Inn is also a 9 minute/0.4 mi walk to the conference hotel.)

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
  • Airport: Conference attendees are encouraged to fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), located less than one mile from the hotel.
  • Hotel Shuttle: The hotel offers a complimentary, no reservations airport shuttle every day. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes from 4:05 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.; if you need a ride between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., call 206-246-8600. Need a ride from the airport? Follow the 'courtesy vehicle' signs in baggage claim wait at island one or three. The white DoubleTree shuttle displays a large #1 in the front window
  • Parking at event: Self parking has been discounted to $10.00 daily (+ applicable taxes). Valet parking is available on a space available basis at prevailing posted rates – currently $36.00 daily (+ applicable taxes).

ACCOMMODATIONS:
If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g., dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference, please indicate so when you register in the space provided. For accommodation requests that are related to your hotel room, please speak with the hotel directly. 
We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations may be made at anytime, however refunds will not be processed after April 27. If you have not cancelled by April 27 you are still responsible for your registration payment.
