Is there a lactation room available?
Yes, there is a room available on the Ballroom Level (LL1) in Meeting Room 3. Please check with event staff at the Check-in and Information Desk for more information. There are also long breaks built into the agenda to allow for individuals to take care of their personal needs and access their hotel rooms as needed throughout the agenda.

I need to take a break throughout the day to recharge or take a quick work call. Is there space available?
Yes, there are a few different options available depending on your needs.
  • First, there are long breaks built into the agenda to allow for individuals to take care of their personal needs and access their hotel rooms as needed throughout the agenda.
  • Second, the open area on the Ballroom Level (LL1) will serve as our Recharge Space during the event. You can find this area outside the Centennial Ballroom and around the check-in area. Please use this space to recharge your devices or recharge yourself. This area is intended to be a space away from the crowd as needed, but it is not intended to be a quiet space. Subdued small group conversations are welcome. In addition, we will livestream the plenaries in this area. Hours of the space are listed on the agenda.
  • Third, Edgewood will serve as our Tranquil Space during the event. You can find Edgewood on the Atlanta Conference Center (LL3). The Tranquil Space is a multi-purpose space for reflection, meditation, prayer, or decompression. For the most part, this is intended to be a quiet space. However, please keep in mind that some religious prayers are recited aloud, so there will be times when this space will not be completely quiet. This space is not intended for conversation, phone calls, or group activities. Please use the Recharge Space or another space in the hotel for those things.

How do I receive the valet parking discount?
Attendees who are staying in the Hyatt Regency Atlanta do not need to do anything to receive the valet parking discount. It will be built into their reservation.
