REGISTRATION 
Join us at the Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the 2019 Atlantic/Southern Region National Service Training Conference hosted by PennSERVE. Come together with national service program colleagues, state service commission staff, CNCS and volunteer management partners for an educational and inspiring training opportunity. Registration is now open until May 12 or when capacity is reached.

Registration for the conference is $350 per attendee.

However, the following discount codes may apply:
  • $250 registration fee for AmeriCorps State programs of the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia (check with your state service commission for the discount code)
  • $150 registration fee for commission staff and commissioners of the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia (discount code emailed separately)

Please note: To register for the conference, you will first need to create a profile or log-in to your existing account on ASC's website. If you are a new user, enter your email under "New Users" to create an account. If you already have an ASC account but do not know your password, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system.

Once you are logged in, please return to the conference registration page to finish registering. Click "register myself" to go through the process.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES AND TOURS:
We are coordinating a pre-conference volunteer project and three group tours/activities for attendees to explore the city of Pittsburgh.

LOCATION AND LODGING:
Join us at the city's premier riverfront hotel, the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square, with water and city views, welcoming amenities, and an unmatched riverfront location near Union Station with fast access to Pittsburgh's most famous attractions. Attend games at Heinz Field or PNC Park, take a chance at Rivers Casino, or ride the Duquesne Incline. After a busy day of exploring Pittsburgh, you can enjoy dining in the signature restaurant, go for a swim in the indoor heated pool, or stretch your muscles in our 24-hour Sheraton Fitness Center. The waterfront setting of this downtown hotel adds an extra layer of elegance to its expansive indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel to the event.  A group rate of $189/night has been made available at the conference hotel, The Sheraton Station Square. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 PM Eastern on May 12, 2019 or until the room block sells out, in which case overflow properties nearby will be offered at discounted rates for attendees.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellation of an entire hotel reservation on or after May 28, 2019 will be subject to a one night room and tax penalty to be charged by the hotel.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration. CANCELLATIONS:
Event registration cancellations may be made at anytime; however, refunds will not be processed after May 17. If you have not cancelled by May 17, you are still responsible for your registration payment.
