We strive to offer a welcoming and inclusive environment that enables all individuals to engage fully at National Service Training. Below you'll find an outline of some of the items we strive to offer at the in-person event. We ask all participants to follow and respect these items.

*For those who cannot or prefer not to attend an in-person event, we will be offering a virtual event as well. Information about the virtual event will be available on the virtual event page in the near future.*
- We will work with the main venue to offer a non-gender-specific restroom. The availability and location of this will be communicated via the FAQs listed in the event app and at the information desk at the event.
- We will work with the main venue to identify a lactation room. The availability and location of this will be communicated via the FAQs listed in the event app and at the information desk at the event.
- We will work with the main venue to identify a quiet/introvert/prayer room. The availability and location of this will be communicated via the FAQs listed in the event app and at the information desk at the event.
- We will work with the main venue to create an event that is as sustainable as possible.
- Workshop presentation materials will be provided electronically in advance by presenters. These will be available to view and download before, during, and following the event.
- To be respectful of those with allergies and environmental sensitivities, we ask that participants please refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
- There will be event signage throughout the main venue to help identify the registration area, workshop rooms, and other spaces within the facility.
- All speakers and presenters at the event will have a microphone and be asked to use it to amplify their voice.
- Accessible parking and restrooms will be available at the venue and marked accordingly. The event staff will ensure, to the best extent possible, there are barrier-free pathways throughout the facility for ease of moving around and for general safety.
- Each venue will have a variety of electrical outlets in seating areas and around the facility to accommodate devices, laptops, etc., as needed.
- Service animals are welcome at the event, as applicable. If you need assistance in identifying comfortable space for a service animal to rest during the event or accessible toileting and watering facilities nearby, please email event staff ahead of the event.
- Event staff and volunteer ambassadors will be available throughout the venue to answer additional questions you may have, help direct you to a specific room, and be a welcoming presence at the event. Please reach out with any questions or needs.
