Indianapolis Lodging & Travel

Conference attendees are responsible for booking/reserving their own lodging accommodations. A group rate has been made at the conference venue, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at the rate of $165 USD per night (federal rate is available to federal employees at $107/night). To make a reservation online click here or call 1-877-640-7666 with block name Serve Indiana/Indiana Department Workforce. Reservations must be made by May 15 (deadline extended from May 6) to receive the group rate.

Travel from the airport: There are several options for people to travel from the airport to the hotel

• UBER is available and usually costs about $40 from the airport to downtown
• Lyft is available
• Taxis are available at the terminal
• Go Express Travel Express Shuttle: This is a cheaper option that drops people off within the same block of the Marriott Downtown at stop 2. Website: https://goexpresstravel.com/indy_express

Parking at event: 

• Parking is available at the hotel for $40 overnight for self-park
• Valet is $45 per night
