LODGING:
Due to an overwhelming amount of interest in this year’s Southern Regional Training our host hotel room block is filled. They have provided rooms for us for the overflow at one of their other properties, the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, 9000 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819  which is located in walking distance to the training. To make reservations please call the Rosen Plaza (host hotel) 407-996-9700, do not use the online booking link and ask to reserve a room under the VOLUNTEER FLORIDA room block at the OVERFLOW property.  Rooms will still come with breakfast and we have been given a discounted rate of $99.00 for single/double, $109.00 triple and $119.00 quad with breakfast.  Reservations must be made by Monday, March 30, 2015

ACCOMMODATIONS:
If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g. dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference please indicate so when you register in the space provided. For accommodation requests that are related to your hotel room, please speak with the hotel directly. 

We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants, however not all accommodations may be met. Accommodation requests must be made at the time of registration.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can be made at anytime. Refunds for registration will be processed up to April 13 with a $10 maximum processing fee. After April 13,  you forfeit your registration fee with cancellation. 

PAYMENT:
Online registration will provide you with the option to pay by credit card via paypal or mail a check. To pay by check please send payment by April 10. Checks should be made payable to America's Service Commissions and sent to America's Service Commissions, 1625 K St NW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20006. Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with the check.

REGISTRATION:

• Registration is $150. If you received a discount code, please enter it in the "promo code" box during registration. 
• You will select your workshop sessions during registration. Please select carefully, as you will not have the opportunity to change your selection. Space is limited and sessions are first-come first-serve. 
• You'll have the opportunity to register for a pre-conference meet & greet, group service project, and evening networking event, and AARSVP Directors & NARSVPD April 20 meeting.
