ACCOMMODATIONS:
If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g., dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference, please indicate so when you register in the space provided. For accommodation requests that are related to your hotel room, please speak with the hotel directly. We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Online registration will provide you with the option to pay by credit card via PayPal or mail a check. To pay by check please send payment by May 5. Failure to submit payment on time may result in your registration being cancelled.

Mailing Checks: Checks should be made payable to the Association of State Service Commissions and sent to Association of State Service Commissions; 455 Massachusetts Ave, NW Suite 153; Washington, DC 20001. Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with payment.

Invoices: Please use your registration confirmation email as an invoice. If you are unable to do this, email [email protected] to request an invoice. Please allow 1 week response for a requested invoice. 

W9: Download a completed W9 for the Association of State Service Commissions. 

​​REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made at anytime prior to May 5. Refunds for registration will be processed up to May 5, but may include a processing fee. After May 5 you forfeit your registration fee with cancellation, there will be no exceptions.

Attendees are responsible for booking their lodging. A group block have been made at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. To reserve at the group rate reservations must be made no later than May 1. 

Group rates:
Single occupancy is $91 tax per night is 12.57%
Double occupancy is $101 tax per night is 12.57%
Triple occupancy is $111 tax per night is 12.57%
Quadruple occupancy is $121 tax per night is 12.57%

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. 

Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport is 5 miles from the hotel.
 
Hotel Parking:
Hyatt Regency Phoenix is pleased to offer guests the convenience of covered self and valet parking, with in and out privileges.  If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency you are eligible for 25% off self-parking in the Regency Garage (2nd Street and Adams only) for overnight parking charged to a guest-room folio. 
  • Overnight Self-Parking via the Front Desk – $19 with in-out privileges, charged to your room
  • Overnight Valet Parking – $28 per 24 hours
  • Short Term Valet Parking – $12 for the first hour, +$1 each additional hour. After 10 hours, $28
  • Daily Self-Parking is available for $12.00 per day in the Regency Garage (for local guests who are not staying at the hotel). Pre-payment “Event Parking” may be required. Follow the signs in the garage for information.
  • All parking in the Regency Garage is subject to availability.  Early arrival each day will offer the greatest parking options. We also encourage carpooling and using the light rail system to alleviate parking challenges. In the event the Regency Garage is full for daily guests, the Chase Bank parking garage on the corner of 2nd Street and Monroe (just north of the Hyatt) or the West Building Convention Center (immediately across the street from the Hyatt) may offer other options.  The West Building Convention Center garage is credit card / automated exit only.
  • Parking is available at the Regency Parking Garage located adjacent to the hotel. Regency Garage entrance is located just south of Hyatt Regency Phoenix on North 2nd Street; clearance of 6 feet, 3 inches.
    There are several large parking garages in the vicinity of the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.  Parking on garages other than the Regency Garage located at 2nd Street and Adams will be subject to the rates and regulations of those garages. No billing privileges to the Hyatt Phoenix will be available through these other garage options.
    We are also encouraging everyone who is local to take advantage of the Light Rail system. The light rail system / transportation center is located at Central and Van Buren, only 2 blocks from the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.

Transporation Options from the airport: 
  • AAA Transportation - AAA Yellow Cab Rates to the airport are $15.00 and $18.00 from the airport to the hotel (4-person max). AAA offers sedans, SUV's, and group transportation on request. Reservations are recommended.
  • Super Shuttle - Rates to/from the airport $13 each way per passenger. Guests may proceed directly to the hotel pickup area outside the baggage claim
    Super Shuttle is available 24 hours a day, runs constantly, on demand. Reservations required. 
  • Valley Metro Light Rail - Proceed to Ground Transportation. Board the PHX Airport Shuttle or the Phoenix Sky Train to the Valley Metro Light Rail
    Board the Metro Light Rail toward Montebello
    De-board at the Washington/3rd Street Station. Hyatt Regency Phoenix is one block north of the Metro Light Rail. The cost is $2 per ride, or an all-day pass of $4. Should you require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to inquire with the concierge before your arrival.
  • Uber Arizona - Uber Arizona offers services to and from Hyatt Regency Phoenix. Guest can arrange for transportation to various attractions throughout the valley and to and from Sky Harbor International airport.
