LODGING OPTIONS:

Sheraton: 
To make a room reservation at the conference hotel under the group rate of $100/night please book online here by March 3. With questions contact the Sheraton (150 West 500 South Salt Lake City, Utah) at

Updated 2/17: The Sheraton is fully booked from 3/23-3/25. An additional room block is available at the Crystal Inn, as listed below.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION FOR THE SHERATON HOTEL:
Enjoy complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Salt Lake City International Airport, located only 7 miles away. Self-Parking And Valet Parking Available (Complimentary)

The hotel shuttle to the airpot is complimentary and operates daily from 5AM to Midnight every 30 minutes.  For guests who are at the airport needing transportation to the hotel, dial (801) 401-2000 to request a pickup and the operator will advise you of the pickup location.

If you are renting a car or have other transportation, here are directions to our hotel from the airport:

Directions from Salt Lake City International Airport
Travel Time: 11 minutes

  • Take the I-80 E ramp on the left to City Center/Ogden/Provo
  • Keep left and follow signs for I-80 E
  • Take exit 121 for 600 S
  • Merge onto W 600 S
  • Turn left onto S West Temple
  • Take 1st left onto W 500 S, Sheraton Salt Lake City will be on the right


ACCOMMODATIONS:
If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g. dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference please indicate so when you register in the space provided. For accommodation requests that are related to your hotel room, please speak with the hotel directly.

AGENDA:
View a list of workshops available. The final agenda will be made available closer to the event date. 

Event starts: March 24 at 8:30 a.m.-10:00 with Breakfast and Registrant Check-in
Event ends: March 26 at 2:00 p.m.


Additional events: 
March 26 from 2:15-5:00 p.m.: New Project Directors’ Orientation for Senior Corps (No Cost) 


March 27: Advanced Volunteer Management Institute or Spontaneous Volunteer Management Instituate ($45 per session). Breakfast and lunch are included.


REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration closes March 13
  • $150  for attendees traveling 100 miles or less
  • Attendees traveling more than 100 miles to the event will receive a discounted registration fee of $75 

MEALS:
Registration includes breakfast and lunch on March 24, 25, 26.

PAYMENT:
Online registration will provide you with the option to pay by credit card via paypal or mail a check. To pay by check payment must be received by March 13. Checks should be made payable to America's Service Commissions and sent to America's Service Commissions, 1625 K St NW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20006. Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with the check.


REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made at anytime. Refunds for registration will be processed up to March 11 with a $10 processing fee. After March 11 you forfeit your registration fee with cancellation.
