REGISTRATION 
Join us at the InterContinental Riverfront Hotel in Saint Paul, MN for the 2019 Central Region National Service Training Conference hosted by ServeMinnesota. Come together with national service program colleagues, state service commission staff, CNCS and volunteer management partners for an educational and inspiring training opportunity.

Registration for the conference is $350 per attendee.

However, the following discount codes may apply:
  • $250 registration fee for AmeriCorps State programs of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois,  Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin (check with your state service commission for the discount code)
  • $150 registration fee for commission staff and commissioners of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois,  Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin (discount code emailed separately)

Please note: To register for the conference, you will first need to create a profile or log-in to your existing account on ASC's website. If you are a new user, enter your email under "New Users" to create an account. If you already have an ASC account but do not know your password, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system.

Once you are logged in, please return to the conference registration page to finish registering. Click "register myself" to go through the process.

LODGING:
Located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul and atop the bluffs of the Mississippi River, the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront offers unrivaled access to the best of the Twin Cities. The venue is  steps away from live theater, renowned museums, memorable dining, specialty shopping, and an extensive park and trail system. Saint Paul is Minnesota’s capital city, and home to the Science Museum of Minnesota, History Center, Children’s Museum, CHS Field, Schubert Museum and the Xcel Energy Center.

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging and travel to the event.  A group rate of $169/night has been made available at the conference hotel, The InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by April 8, 2019 or until the room block sells out, in which case overflow properties nearby will be offered at discounted rates for attendees.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellation of an entire hotel reservation on or after May 2, 2019 will be subject to a one night room and tax penalty to be charged by the hotel.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration. CANCELLATIONS:
Event registration cancellations may be made at anytime; however, refunds will not be processed after April 19. If you have not cancelled by April 19, you are still responsible for your registration payment.
