Registration Instructions
To register for the event, you will first need to create an ASC profile or log-in to your existing ASC account using the event registration link provided. If you are a new user, enter your email under "New Users" to create an account. If you already have an ASC account but do not know your password, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system.
Once you are logged in, please return to the event registration link to finish registering. Click "register yourself" to go through the process.

EVENT PLATFORM: Whova — coming soon
The event will again take place on the Whova event platform with Zoom video services. All registered attendees will be added to the event platform. Access to the Whova app and event platform will be provided closer to the event.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for event participants. Accommodation requests must be made at the time of registration. If you have an accommodation request (e.g., interpreter, Braille) for the event, please indicate when you register in the space provided or email us for further assistance.

We will host an attendee informational webinar closer to the event. This will help prepare attendees to have a successful Virtual NST experience. Once this is scheduled, we will communicate this out to attendees. As the planning proceeds, we will also share answers to some frequently asked questions here. What time zone is the agenda listed in?
Eastern Time. When you view the event in the Whova platform or in your app, it may appear in ET automatically. You can adjust this to display the agenda in your time zone if you prefer. We officially begin each day at 11am ET. Day 1 will start with the opening plenary and day 2 will begin with workshop sessions.
