Please note: To register for the conference, you will first need to create a profile or log-in to your existing account on ASC's website. If you are a new user, enter your email under "New Users" to create an account. If you already have an ASC account but do not know your password, click "Forgot Password" and enter your work email address. You'll then be prompted to create/update your password in the system.
Once you are logged in, please return to the conference registration page to finish registering. Click "register myself" to go through the process.

All conference sessions will take place at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
The Hyatt Regency is just steps (1 block, 2-minute walk) from Albuquerque Convention Center West Building.
Please note: the credit card provided is used only to guarantee the reservation and is not charged at the time of booking. If you will not have a credit card to provide at check-in, please contact us at (407) 583-6049 or reservations@ASCHotels.com and we will assist you with setting up prepayment for your room(s). The card used to guarantee your reservation may be charged in the event that the guest no-shows or cancels within the cancellation penalty.

Cancellations of an entire reservation on or after March 23, 2020 will be subject to one night's room and tax penalty by hotel.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
We will make every reasonable effort to provide effective accommodations for conference participants. Accommodation requests including dietary requests must be made at the time of registration. If you have an accommodation request or special need (e.g., dietary restrictions, service animal relief area, interpreter, or Braille) for the conference, please indicate so when you register in the space provided or email us for further assistance.

Cancellations of your conference registration may be made at anytime; however, refunds will not be processed after March 9. If you have not cancelled by March 9 you are still responsible for your registration payment.
