UPDATE AS OF MAY 16, 2017: Our block of rooms at Marriott is sold out and we are now accommodating attendees at Holiday Inn which is across the street at 301 W. Lombard Street. The rate is $156 + tax @ 15.5%. Contact Globetrotter at the link above to make arrangements.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.
Airport: Best airport is BWI – (other airports in the region require several extra transportation steps & much more time to get to downtown Baltimore). BWI is less than 10 miles to the conference hotel.
Online registration will provide you with the option to pay by credit card via PayPal or mail a check. To pay by check, please send payment by May 19. Failure to submit payment on time may result in your registration being cancelled.
Mailing Checks: Checks should be made payable to the Association of State Service Commissions and sent to Association of State Service Commissions; 455 Massachusetts Ave, NW Suite 153; Washington, DC 20001. Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with payment.
Invoices: Please use your registration confirmation email as an invoice. If you are unable to do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invoice. Please allow one week response for a requested invoice.
W9: Download a completed W9 for the Association of State Service Commissions.
Cancellations can be made at anytime prior to May 19. Refunds for registration will be processed up to May 19, but may include a processing fee. After May 19, you forfeit your registration fee with cancellation and there will be no exceptions.
